Casting to Shield issue?

So, I updated to Oreo and I can't cast to the Shield from my phone. YouTube on my phone will say "Connecting to SHIELD" > "There was a problem connecting to SHIELD".

Truthfully, I never tried it before the update but casting to a Samsung TV works just fine.

On a side note, how do you change the Shield GUI background?
