Vintage bike mount bottlecages

Hey, i have an old peugeot. It doesn't have any mounts for bottlecages. Do I make my own bottlecage mounts. Or do I get universal frame mounts, or a saddle/seatpost bottlecage or cage that I mount to the handlebars? So confused. Point me in a direction. Want it to look nice :)
