So glad I found the LCR.

I've been carrying for the last four years or so and have had my fair share of carry guns. I started with a Glock 19, ended up changing because it was just too much for how I dressed. Went to a H&K P30SK, loved how it shot but damn the slide was heavy and a burden to carry (10 rounds and the gun felt heavier than the fully loaded 19). So I switched back to a glock 43, ended up hating how snappy it was and I just couldn't get used to it. Finally went to a shield 9 and lo Ed everything about it.....except the God awful trigger. I'm a firm believer in not changing internals in a carry gun so I wasn't going to drop in a new trigger. I just couldn't find anything that I would consistently carry. I ended up not carrying anything for about 8 months. Had a few run ins that made me think "wow that was a few steps away from being really bad" and decided I needed to carry again.

I never considered a wheel gun before until I held the LCR. Stupid light, feels great in the hand, and doesn't look bad. What really won me over was the trigger. I'm used to the DA from my P30SK, which was actually a heavier pull than this gun. But my god is the trigger smooth. I finally found a gun that I have began consistently carrying. It just disappears on the body and I can carry it while wearing running shorts which is huge for me.

Sorry for the long winded rant about nothing but this thing has made me so happy.
