The MC and First Vampire lady connection...

The loading screen of BB gives us a hint by mentioning that Ancient Babylonians(modern Iraq) already had vampire legends. Kamilah also said the First Vampire was worshipped as a goddess during ancient times by an ancient civilization.

Now notice that the 'default suggested' MC was the Middle Eastern looking face. She was the one used in the cover for BB. Even the other face choices for the MC look mixed with Middle Eastern. Maybe choices is on to something.
