Dates aren’t filtered in the correct order

Hi!

I have a dataset with 9 000 rows and 10 columns. I want to extract the latest date conditioned with two criterias in different columns. Say Column A is Name and Column B is last name and Column C is a date. I want to retriever the latest date with a specific name and last name. My homebrew solution was to filter with priority om A->B->C (new to old) and then only show the uniques. The problem now is that my dates won’t sort correctly, a 2018 date might be below an older date. This causes the first unique value to not be the latest.

Does anyone know how to fix so the dates are in the correct order (new to old). I’ve tried formating all the dates correctly but it still won’t filter correctly
