What does Sion need? (your opinion)

I find him a bit under powered compared to a majority of champions. There are a lot of things that I don't like, would want to change for example: his base stats, champion passive, abilities.

Anyone have a specific idea of what could help Sion?

For me I find his passive to be worst in the game. It doesn't help in lane...so you are at a disadvantage. And in team fights you can't catch up to anyone because of mobility, cc. You die last most of the time so passive won't be used nicely.

Sion's base stats. I find the high base AD and AD per level to be inappropriate. Sion seems too weak in defense early, and with his abilities it's very hard to disengage the enemy. It's incredibly hard to farm at all, to stack passive, unfair laning match, nothing you can do.

So what I think will help him is to nerf his 'w' passive to 2 hp per kill, nerf AD,..and give Sion more defense, regeneration. So he will be able to stay in lane. Or change his passive to whatever fits his character.
