Lady in self check out accused of stealing new plastic bag.

I just saw a lady in Coles get asked rudely if she had paid for that new looking Coles bag she was putting her self checkout groceries in. The lady was calm and explained that she bought it yesterday.

The checkout person must have thought she just grabbed it and wasn’t going to pay for it when the lady already had one.

Made me thankful I had a Woolies one and couldn’t get accused of stealing.

I’m thinking this is the inevitable outcome of the new bags and self checkout?
