Can't cancel subscription

Hello, I can't seem to find the "cancel subscription" button in the subscriptions page. Should it be somewhere here like it says in the support page? https://imgur.com/a/e5UQxZ7

And I seem to be too stupid to even file a ticket to cancel my subscription.
