Cholesterol changes from working out
I was one of the most sedentary people that can exist on this earth. Ate moderately unhealthy.
After I took a Lipid Panel in December, I attempted to eat healthier. This meant minimizing fast food, and avoiding breads, cheese, pastas, etc.
I say minimizing and avoiding in the loosest sense, in that it was a rough guideline.
In April I actually started working out, about 2 hours a week of light cardio and light weights. A lot of it was just stretching, cause my muscles had basically atrophied and that needed to be done before I could really work out effectively.
To recap: I took a lipid Panel in December, minimally changed my diet, and began minimal exercises 2 hours a week through June, when I took another lipid Panel.
The results are below, and speak for themselves.
Suffice to say I was shocked that cholesterol could change that much in a 6 month span.
Something to think about if you have high cholesterol!
