Anyone aware of the laws in Italy?

I tried googling them but couldn’t find many results. I’ve heard mixed things and need it over the next few days (on vacation w legal medical card from my U.S Home state). Anyone know of anything? Would really help considering I am not sure I can medicate for my vacation. Please let me know thanks!
