Standing still looking at the rain.

The world becomes silent, deafening all pain.

The water flows, down the street.

Calming minds, soothing the heat.

The sun shines, yet it feels so plain.

As my thoughts slowly flow down the drain.

While my body battles for money and greed.

My mind often takes the lead.

Thoughts and questions floating in my brain.

Wondering, am I insane?
