Am I too introverted to be a social worker?

I'm going into my 3rd year of undergraduate school (majoring in social work and psychology) and I am very worried that my social skills are not strong enough to handle the social demands of a social worker. I am very bad at small talk and being around lots of people can make me feel exhausted. I always imagine social workers as charismatic social butterflies and am worried that being charismatic is a requirement to be a good social worker. Do you all think this is true? If you are introverted, is the job harder? Can you improve your charisma? Thank you everyone!
