Hello my friend...

First, feedback and poetry is subjective. What works for me my not work for you and vice-versa.
Second, when I personally think about poetry I try to have some musicality or rhythm to it. It flows and drips off your tongue.

I really like your poem. It’s short, creates an image of the scene, is easily approachable, and leaves the reader with a happy vision.

Additionally, this poem has some elements of rhyme and rhythm.

If I were to make a small recommendation it would be to break up the last two lines, making it a six line poem. Other than that, I would comment that I like the usage of the tiny fan AND blowing life by. Not that the tiny fan is blowing life by because it’s cooling the skin, but it’s good usage of the blowing in both lines by different means.
