Yes. The most hyped players have no easy path. Neeb faces a player who smashed him into the ground just weeks ago and destroys foreigners at LAN's in Dark. Serral will face either Rogue or INno in the Ro8 and either Classic or Dark in the semi's. Any of those four should beat him. If Has can repeat by beating SpeCial he will then face Stats. ShoWTimE hasn't been in great non-PvP form but even if he beats Zest there is Maru waiting for him.
So yes, a Korean will win.
