It's interesting that the man is the tampons.
But yeah, the implication of course is that the therapist cleans her up, but she goes back into an abusive relationship.
And there's probably some sex involved.

I think it’s because tampons can really easily clog toilets but I’m not a toilet so I might not be qualified to answer
