Why didn’t Indiana have a state coordinator vote?

State Coordinator elections are staggered so only about half of the positions are voted on each year. Any state, including Indiana, that didn't have a coordinator election this year will have one in 2019.

Is there no longer a Texas (south) coordinator?

They staggered the two positions so they don't both come up for re-election in the same year. Texas (south) will be voted on next year.

I understand the staggered elections. But they both used to be filled at the same time.

Not sure when that changed. This is the list that shows there are two positions for Texas, and This indicates the election for Texas South will be next year.
