I was at a viewing party and won this right after London beat Philly. It was rather amusing honestly, but what should I do with it?

Keep it, frame it idk? If you enjoy OWL I'd be surprised if you're not hyped over it, if you're not then give it a to a big Philly fan - it'll make there day.

Oh I'm super excited to have it! It's so cool to have the signatures, I just found it super ironic that I, a diehard C9/London Spitfire fan, won a Philly jersey right after London beat Philly.

Keep it as a moment thing.
The day we crushed them, and won the league

Maybe I should frame it too, just so we know exactly who we beat when we won!

that sounds exactly like what you should do!

I'd say give it away to a Philly fan over at the Fusion discord or r/PHL_Fusion but it's yours at the end of the day so do what you want with it.

Perhaps give it away, I'm sure a diehard philly fan would GREATLY appreciate it.
