What's so good about the farmhouse bunker?

QUESTION

I'm trying to decide between the farmhouse and chumash bunkers. Bare in mind that this is my first bunker so i'm probably missing something obvious with the subtleties of gunrunning, but...

I've been out to explore both and i have to say the farmhouse bunker looks like an absolute nightmare to access. Yes it's close-ish to the highway but that highway is down a cliff and i can't imagine trying to drive a MOC or trucks up and down those dirt roads.. What am i missing here?

Both are a good option. When I get the Phantom Wedge sale, I just cut thru the field and jump down the cliff you're talking about, not really a problem.

The only thing that sucks about Farmhouse really is if you're a bike guy... that fence got me more than once. Other than that, it's perfectly fine.

The dirt roads aren’t that bad, I usually just crash through the fences to the dirt road and take it to the highway, but you can also do as suggested and take the back way to the highway.

Maybe I had a bad run with Chumash, but I swear every sell mission took me to the eastern part of the map, so I moved back to Farmhouse.

I have Chumash and have done a ton of sales from it and have also helped friends sell from the Farmhouse. There really is no difference. Each one might have a sale close, or across the map, and it’s just random. I like being right on the highway and it was also closest to my office, so it was an easy choice. You won’t go wrong with either one.
