Ocean Sounds

I listen to hearts breaking. It's the constant roar

Of breakers dying, dying on the shore.

Also heard

Is love: the effervescent crying

Sound of seagulls flying, flying

Undeterred

By all this sea,

The endless sad percussion of the sea.
