Describe your problem. List any error messages and symptoms. Be descriptive.
After finishing my build and installing Windows, I noticed my RAM modules were running at DDR4-1064Mhz. My RAM modules are rated for speeds up to DDR4-1500MHz. So I went into the BIOS and changed the XMP settitngs so they could run at DDR4-1500MHZ. But whenever I boot I'm shown Windows error code 0x0000428.
List anything you've done in attempt to diagnose or fix the problem.
I've tried booting into the different types of safe modes, but I'm getting a blue screen each boot. Anyone have any suggestions on what could be going wrong?

Did you try manually upping the voltage to the RAM modules? Maybe around 1.35V (seems to be a pretty value for RAM sticks going up to 3000mhz total). Just changing the XMP settings may not always be the way to go. I'd try to manually set the speed and voltage and then go from there. If it still doesn't work out and blue screens, then you may have to lower the speed and wait for a BIOS update that improves on memory speed compatibility. Not all motherboards will work with RAM sticks at their advertised speeds (this is more so since the Vengeance Pro are still pretty new).
