I think this can be said for a lot of state governments...
Not many have taxed rain though.
What? How does that work?
Basically a second property tax. They had a tax for how much rain fell on your property based on square footage. It’s been repealed but that took years.
Oh yea, it's not one of those "good" governments..
Let's clean the bay by polluting it more!
