I've checked Critiki, and can't find any... it appears they're all in Hong Kong.

A buddy of mine just opened up a beach bar out in Xichong. Dunno if it's exactly what you're looking for but it's called "Cabana Xichong".

Hmm... not really, it's like smack dab in the middle of the beach though. Kinda far away from the city (~90 min without traffic). Messaged the dude and I just spent way too long trying to put their QR code up on Imgur on mobile without avail lol. Their instagram's @cabanaxichong and if you're ever heading out that way PM me and I'll connect you guys on WeChat.
If you just go to Xichong beach you should be able to find it though.

Just head over xichong, it's not that big a beach so you should be able to find it no worries, I plan to do the same whenever I get a chance. You can also surf there.
I'm opening a bar myself and am aiming to have a good rum selection, but I wouldn't call it anything crazy by western standards just because you cant get that much here, but you're welcome to PM me if you want the location, it's in futian.
