You and I are both carnivores. Nearly sucking marrow out of bones. You’re a hunter. Pillaging for affection; More loving you became, more kind you grew. Slowly replacing my share of gain with your body and soul. A mix of gravel and honey, sweet but eroding my teeth. Now smooth straight across. No longer in touch with my canines, I don’t eat meat anymore. I am thinner. I am frailer. I am submissive. I can’t decide wether this new love has me being more generous or you being more greedy.
