Need help getting data off an android Galaxy Express Prime with broken display and digitizer

I have dropped my galaxy express prime and I would like to retrieve my files and contacts from it. The internals seem fine and it rings when called, but the screen is almost entirely black and unresponsive to touch. My PC recognizes the device when plugged in, but I cannot access the files through windows explorer or samsung kies without unlocking the screen (normal behavior), but I cannot unlock it due to not having touch controls. Additionally, I tried to use android debug bridge, but because I did not have USB debug enabled on the phone, the program will not recognize my device ("error: no devices/emulators found"). Finally, the phone does not support USB OTG, so direct mouse control is out of the question, even if I could get lucky enough to press the right numbers. Any suggestions?
