down breaking

hope is perversion

of life's natural state

so embrace the diversion

of anger and hate

no rhyme and no reason

all danger and crime

life it will rob you

of fulfillment, closure, happiness, hope

The reality is

Sometimes we're just hollow

broken with our own hearts

vulnerable; we hurt

broken

tossed aside

shattered
