Working in big commerce

I have recently been tasked with developing an already existing ecommerce site through BigCommerce. I have no experience in HTML CSS JS or any other coding languages. I want to make the site look better and draw in more customers what skills (developing a site through bigcommerce) will I need and where do you recommend I learn them?

I want to do the best job I can but I am so inexperienced. Thank you for any help you can provide and feel free to ask more questions.

Css is what will let you improve the current look and feel of the sites theme. Good to know the other two as well.

In not familiar with that specific product but it may have good built in theme customization already

There's not too many shortcuts in learning web dev. But the product has been developed already, you should focus on learning CSS n HTML. JS is used for functionality of the website so it shouldn't the focus of your goals.

Sites that I would recommend: www.w3schools.com https://css-tricks.com

For throughout practice: codeacademy
