Is this what you get when you mix crypto with MLMs ?
Scary.
Bring your loli body pillow for an extra 1000 shitcoin
Neckbeards crossed with suburban huns?!
Jfc.
I bought into litecoin at $33 and sold at $450.
I made about $28,000 after all was said and done.
I thought my friends were on the same page (buy low/sell high) but they held on to the coins and actually bought other coins. Basically they used the profits on litecoin to buy a whole bunch of shit coins and have either broken even or completely lost everything.
Their is no morale of this story, I just like to tell it.
I had a few bitcoins that I had held on to for a really long time.. eventually I decided "meh, I'm not using these, might as well sell them".. that was 3 days before the big crash in January. whew!
Luckiest of us all!
A "few" is anywhere from 3-11. Congratulations on being a successful gambler.

Hit it and quit it?
😎 double hand pistols hell yeah

Here's my story then, recognising that I was one of the lucky few. I bought a few bitcoin way back when, traded them for ether early last year and sold some along the way for spare cash (paid off my investment plus wedding, honeymoon and taxes).
My view is that I'm happy to let the rest ride even if it does go to zero as I'll still be ahead. I take the risk because there's some potentially interesting applications under development. Most other people I know that got involved are jaded and have lost money, although I do know a few who are now very wealthy.
My moral is that investing or speculating is most profitable when things are unpopular. If everyone is getting in, it is time to get out.

At least yours is a good story..
I had a look through the website and what a laugh. For anyone who wants to read the white paper but isn't brave enough to enter their email address you can bypass it with this link. https://www.diamonium.org/whitepaper-draft/
someone doesn't understand the difference between a whitepaper and propaganda.
"we have great plans to build a new financial world together. At Diamonium’s historical and biggest ever crypto-currency forcevent, stay tuned as all will be revealed shortly."
I had my forcevent removed at birth.
Hey! Hey! Heyyy!
How does diamonium compare to pyramidium?
Pandemonium?
Pyramidium is actually a much better name.
About 2-3 years off the head sentence upon a guilty plea being entered.
it's a reverse-funellium system!
I think I wash my clothes with diamonium?
I use it to harden my stools
Awesome...
Got a wedding coming up and Diamonium's are a girls best friend...
These things are all over Facebook as well. Anything that promises you lots of money for nothing is too good to be true.
I mean, I can tell you how to earn a lot of money.
Just come to my patented learning-place-talk-thing©®™©™®°©®. Only nineteen ninety nine... Ninety nine That's right, $1999.99.
I'll go over it briefly here as a free preview.
Ahem...
Step 2 is only revealed inside the talk
But... They’re offering FREE DIAMONIUM!!!
Yeah, it's obviously really valuable if they're giving it away like it's nothing...
Is there anyone this can be reported to as a scam?
Maybe I'll just show up at the front gate with a big sign saying that if you're attending, you're getting scammed.
report it to scamwatch.gov.au online i think.
This looks like a good fit. I've submitted a report here, thanks.
ASIC might be interested, if not maybe ACCC, consumer protection is their jam.

MLM is legal in basically every country. The thing to remember is that an MLM and a pyramid scheme aren't quite the same. There are totally legitimate MLMs.
It's a pyramid scheme when it doesn't actually function as a legitimate business.
Of course, many MLMs engage in shady and predatory business practices, but that doesn't necessarily make it a pyramid scheme.
That said, people should always be careful with anythig they out their time and money into, If someone is just telling you about how the grass is greener, make sure you check how much they're spending watering it.
MLM is legal in basically every country.
Except Singapore
One out of nearly 200 by most counts, I think that's valid for "basically"

You're a mark if you don't realise MLM is just a rebranding for modern day pyramid schemes.
I'm sure there are laws but you'd need someone to find out which law and prosecute accordingly. And that's just the first step.
Snake oil
Haha awesome. If this is in Melbourne I am going to go with my friends who got into crypto years ago via the silk road. Get them drunk first and film it. I promise I'll share it if that happens (which in fact is very unlikely for us all to get our shit together and do)
btw I don't know what happened but I actually tried to post this weeks ago... it was stuck in drafts and just posted today when I flicked wifi on and off. so didn't happen today, couple months back in the Kogarah NSW area
What are they worth in twelve months? The loss of your entire savings and future.
Oh my GOD look at how some guy is tearing them to shreds on a meetup page:

I prefer diamondinium
Its a moissaniteum!
It's shit like this giving crypto a bad name....
Pumping and dumping gave crypto a bad name already.
The typo/grammatical error at the end made me chuckle. “What they could be worth in 12 months?”
Oh great. A diamonium. Just what I always wanted.
But how many Schrute bucks
15 Stanley nickels
What’s the exchange rate of Stanley nickels to schrute bucks?
The same as the ratio of unicorns to leprechauns.
2 seconds extra lunch break
I traded my wife’s diamond for two million diamonium shit is going to tha moon bby
This investing stuff is ez pz

Perhaps we could set up something like platagoldamonium? For us above average people?
Or comedium for those wanting humour in investing?
Whats the conversion rate to PonziCoin?
sorry, but that's only 0.42 cryptonium.
Diamonium is a girl's best friend.
