So I’m trying to get into the Yiga Clan Hideout. I go to where the entrance is and it’s covered in stone. I’ve already done Gerudo Town, wondering what in the story is causing me to not gain entry.

If you haven’t completed it once already, make sure you talk to the Gerudo queen first. Door won’t be open until she gives you the quest.

What part of the map are you in? Are you in the part with the huge hole?
Front door is sealed after you defeat the yiga leader. Go to the back entrance where the huge hole is (where you fought the yiga leader).
