The seconds longer than years

Seconds drag behind,
Years pass without question,
Seconds feel as long as years
Years feel as long as seconds.

A life can't end before a lifetime,
However I can end it within a second.
The life I live is that of a struggle,
The struggle for life.

What is life but breath,
Breathing is mundane,
For you breathe more at work,
Panting beneath the suffocation.

I want to stop,
Time continues,
I continue,
Until next time.
