Dude you look so much better. You can definitely see a huge improvement
Omg you go, fella!!! Dude your pace is awesome-you were on your couch like 3 months ago! You just gave me the bravery to attempt this myself next week after I graduate. Well done, runner!!!!
Been seeing you in my feed every day and Iām proud you ran the 5k! Good fucking work my man!
Honestly - I have never been more proud of a stranger! Congratulations! I am insanely amazed by your dedication and perseverance.
Congratulations! You've really proven your determination to finish C25K AND that you're progressing great after graduating from the program. I'm currently on W7D2 and the 25 min runs are so exhausting and I'm nowhere near 5ks since I have a really slow pace. Are you going to be doing Bridge to 10K or will you be focussing on doing 5k runs instead?
My first class of the Fall semester is tomorrow morning at 10 am, so I'm just going to keep at the 5k jogs for now, work on my pace/endurance. My current goal is a sub-50 minute 5k. Yeah, when there's posts about people complaining about not getting to a sub-30 minutes 5k that's not much, but for me it's progress.
I agree! I know there are a lot of sub-30min 5k goals out there but I think for me that'll be my ultimate running goal! I have many more smaller goals to meet until I get to that point but at least we're starting somewhere and getting somewhere! Current goal - finish week 7!
I've been doing the program alongside you and finished a day before you. I ran 5k with a couple stops for water breaks and did it in 48 minutes. I'm hoping to get it done under 45 this Saturday for my first official timed 5k. You seriously look amazing. You can tell that you've lost a lot of weight in the last couple months. You will eventually get that sub 30m 5k and so will I. We just have to keep working at it. You going to continue into 10k training eventually? I start 10k training tomorrow.
Unless you're going for a world record, there's no reason to compare yourself to everyone else. The person you're trying to beat is who you were yesterday, and you're fucking killing it.
I definitely see a 45 min 5k in your near future.
Are you doing anything other than jogging 5K, like working out @ the gym? I started this programme on Monday. So far I'm just focusing on running. Not exercising much after that.
Congrats! I knew you could do it! It's been a joy seeing your posts through this journey and the optimistic attitude you always seemed to have towards it. You're a legend in my book, man.
My Dude! Thanks for sharing this journey. My knees are completely shot and I don't think I'll be jogging any until after I get them replaced but you are killing it. Congrats man!
Damn man, been low key lurking on your posts but gotta say you look great! You can see the improvement
But you did it
You are an amazing person.
That's wonderful! Congratulations!
I've been seeing your post. I'm very impressed! Great job and keep up the good work.
Killin it! ā„ļøšš

Wow dude! You did it!! I'm so happy for you.
You did it! You look thinner - do you know how much weight you have lost yet?
You're the effing man! Congrats
My hero!
Brilliant work man :)
Yay! Congratulations. Followed you from the beginning and so happy to see you complete the program!!
