I recently purchased a Telemon heavy dreadnought from forge world and i would like to magnetize the arms. What are some good websites that sell magnets that would be suitable for modeling.
Also on a somewhat related note was a date or and estimate ever given for some of the other 30k Custodes models to get rules for 8th edition.

Any rare earth magnet of appropriate size will do. I think mine were somewhere around 5mm diameter by 2mm thick. I purchased from amazingmagnets.com, but you might be able to find some in hardware stores if you live in a bigger city.
I haven't seen any update on when the IA: Talons book is going to drop.

Ive been getting magnets from vendors on eBay for a while, havent been disappointed. Sometimes shipping takes a while.
Pay at least some attention to the strength of the magnet. Some weaker ones will struggle to hold pieces into place.
I order all of my magnets from https://www.kjmagnetics.com . They ship your order next day and with usps priority mail it is to your mail box inside of a week. I also recommend only geting grade N52 magnets for your models.
