My teammates never use their mic, never give me the ball (when I’m open! They usually force the ball in double coverage to someone), and then if something doesn’t go their way they quit. I commented in the squads meet up if anyone’s interested to play offense or head coach! (XB1)

While I agree playing with randoms is rough, you can’t expect the ball every time you’re open. Playing QB while users are running routes (ruining routes) and having to account for three users is incredibly difficult
I get what you’re saying, but they just don’t throw to me at all. They usually force the ball to their friend
You could have them quit out for exp instead
