Let Me Know (First post)

If you love me let me know,
so my heart can know which way to go.
If you can't escape my smiling face,
or you dearly miss my warm embrace,
let me know.

If those wonderful nights still exist in your head,
and you feel so alone inside your bed,
if our jokes and our laughs still mean the world to you,
and you know that our love is strong and true,
let me know.

If your thoughts and feelings are all a mess,
and you've the same dull feeling within your chest,
if you're confused and overwhelmed and just want to cry,
then when we say our last goodbye,
let me know,

so I can let you go.
