They say that when you straddle
the line between order and chaos,
you find meaning.
But all I’ve found is space.

They say that when one
door closes another door
will open.
But I’m still locked out.

They say that only
people who dare,
stand a chance of winning.
But I’m all out of effort.

They say the same thing
three different ways,
supposed to make life easier.
But it’s meant to be hard.

They’re all out of bullshit,
and I’m all out of patience.
