Help, issues on Dream Market missing orders...

first - i am new to dream market

Anyone else with problems with their orders on Dream Market ??

I made an order last night, paid it, and this morning i cant find the order, but i can see that the BTC is missing from my account. Was with escrow.

Contacted the support 12 hours ago, still no response :(

What do you think... why is this happening... Is the escrow really working ? at least there is a chance if not an exit scam from Dream market, they will restore my btc ?
