You are going to see this. Because people are lame and do not have patience. The sword will be available when the quest "Every Hunter's Dream" is available. So, instead of running to the internet every single time you see someone with it, try checking your EVENT quests from time to time. ;)

I didn't make a post to argue anything. Others who seem salty seem to be the one making rude responses. I DID explain it very simply--the exact name of the quest that results in being able to attain the GS. I could ask you if anyone ever stopped you to ask you to reconsider your thoughts but I really could care less.
And the "deal" is there is a post for asking questions so why exactly do we need several people at a time asking the same question instead of doing a simple search or placing their question in the correct place?
