- I can analyze and provide feedback on contracts.
- I can help flesh out product specifications for MVPs.
- I can participate in client calls and “be on your project team” and serve in an advisory role for contract negotiations.
- I can advise you on writing better engagement letters and/or answering RFPs to bid on contracts.
- if you need it, I can perform spend analysis.
I would like to trade for 12 hours (negotiable) of the above (four hours maximum on any one item) for a website and app of moderate complexity.
Qualifications: I am not a lawyer. I have an MBA and over 10 years of experience In internal consulting and sourcing and procurement with emphasis on contract negotiations, commodities, and financial analysis.
