Today is the last day to register to vote in Georgia!
You can use this site to see if you’re still registered to vote and to register if you aren’t already.

A lot of people were purged from the voting registry so please double check that you are indeed still registered!
Your vote matters!

I received a jury summons on Friday. So I'm certain I am registered to vote, god damn it.
That is not necessarily true. My aunt avoided registering to vote to avoid jury duty and still received a summons. It wasn't until after receiving the summons that she finally registered to vote.
Some places pull from voter registrations, others from car tags, others from selective service rolls + other things. It's not a certain thing! My pal's record got mixed with another from across state and he had to miss an election because he didn't catch it in time.
That's a myth spread to keep people from registering to vote. They can give you jury duty for paying a water bill.
