Getting a failed build with no errors but a dozen warnings

Basically fixed, just a naming conflict to resolve now -- thanks!

This is my first attempt at modding XCOM 2 so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. I'm trying to adapt a mod to WOTC, but the project won't build and I'm getting a bunch of "Duplicate class name" errors from "DLC 3" a warning about not finding a file. I have the necessary .ini files (see https://i.imgur.com/mS3PBiP.png for a file list), and have the full version of the WOTC tools downloaded and the paths set. I don't have the original tools downloaded, however. I am running Modbuddy as administrator. Any ideas?
