Empty inside? Do you think Sigmar would smash enemies with a can on a stick? Heresy!

Overall it looks nice, except for those weld points.

think the only reason they made it hollow is otherwise it'd be pretty much impossible to lift. and yeah its a shame with some of the welds on the piping but don't really know how that could've been done any better with the shape of it all

  1. Cast it with solid steel fixing ugly welds and hollowness.
  2. Pray to Sigmar for strength (you southlander weakling).
  3. Smash heretics for the glory of the Empire.

Sigmar is a beast. Imagine if it was solid and you could swing that thing controllably. Some major blunt force trauma. It wouldn’t need to be magical to smash Grimgor’s skull.

Frankly, if he were strong enough to swing it usefully, he could probably do some horrifying damage even if it were hollow.

Big hammers like that are stupidly heavy. Picture a sledgehammer, and how (relatively) small it is. For most of us, it still takes a bit of effort to swing one of those things around. Even if you only make it twice as big, the square-cube law means it'll be eight times heavier.

Let's say that this thing is, I don't know, three times bigger than a typical sledgehammer and made of solid metal. And going by wikipedia, a normal sledgehammer is about ten pounds. That all means that Sigmar's hammer probably weighs a minimum of 270 pounds. Probably closer to three hundred, really. And he swings it around like it's nothing!

TL;DR Sigmar isn't just a beast, he makes normal beasts look like pathetic weaklings.

It's uh... it's head piece is a bit bigger than the artwork depicts. Also a shorter handle. Satisfying demo though.

This. I was super hyped when I saw the ad for the video but the result disappointed me a little bit. There are depictions of Ghal Maraz with those proportions but I personally prefer the more slender looking ones.
