apparently, the tap water, GM Foods, plastic bottles and food containers, synthetic clothing, lack of sexual activity among young adults have lowered testosterone levels significantly

Yes. Studies have shown that average T levels have been declining since the 80s. TRT prescriptions actually doubled between 2010 and 2013

In order for the body to produce testosterone, it needs DHEA and vitamin D (among other things). DHEA is produced during regular resistance training exercise. Vitamin D is produced by the skin when exposed to UVB rays, which only happens when the sun is greater than 50 degrees above the horizon. Vitamin D can also be supplemented, but the quantity found in foods is not nearly enough.

Ever since mass adoption of the television, people have spent much more time indoors living passive, sedentary lifestyles. So, of course, with the absence of high-angle sun exposure and meaningful amounts of exercise, the body won't be able to produce as much testosterone.

Maybe lower body fat? doesn't lower body fat percentage make a more defined facial structure? I don't know how diets have changed but I assume towards more fat and sugar

nope. the bones in their faces are clearly larger than that of current men. high testosterone levels before birth, as a child, and during puberty create angular “masculine” bone structure.
