Do these check marks mean these bonuses are available to me or that the bonus has already completed? Why are there two identical bonuses for the same time, amount, and number of rides?

The bonuses are available to you, 4pm is considered afternoon and 5pm is evening (it's stupid.) I thought it was a mistake when I first saw it but apparently it's sent this way to everyone.

So that's one bonus, as a result of some lazy definitions, appearing in two spaces at once? And not, it would be nice, a $50 bonus for a 5-streak?
Is it normal to have the same streak available at the same time and amount every weekday? Because I got the $25 for five in a row streak on Monday, it was available for Tuesday (though I didn't drive) and is available to me for every weekday this week.

They switch them out, different offers for different areas and drivers. Last week I got every morning streak bonus $12 for 4 rides and this week I wasn't offered any in the morning. Yours is really good in comparison $15 for 3. I also got the same duplicate offer for the afternoon/evening but I don't drive during afternoon rush hour - and especially not 5 rides for $10.

The check marks just indicate that it’s a bonus. There are different icons for different things. The duplication of it is probably a glitch of some kind.

Regarding the checkmarks, as others have said, that's the icon for "Streaks" and does not mean you've completed them. I totally see how that's confusing, and I've reported that feedback to the right team - we'll be reconsidering those icons.
As far as the duplicate bonuses, that's a bug that we hope to fix pretty soon (hopefully this week or next). Again echoing what other drivers have already said, but it is indeed because the incentive spans both the afternoon and evening time block.

The problem is every time I’m offered a streak bonus, I don’t get any pings inside the hour but will get plenty afterwards 🤔

The problem with streak bonuses is that that last ride you will usually drive 10 mins away or pick up a short ride that no one wants.

Not sure about the duplication but it could be because 4-5 is both afternoon and evening now
