Plotlines that must be resolved before a return to Westeros (Spoilers Extended)

There are still numerous open plotlines and issues that must be resolved before Daenerys can head to Westeros and engage fAegon in The Dance of the Dragons 2.0.

In this post, I would like to discuss:

1)The open plotlines/how you think they will be resolved

2)How long they will take to be resolved (basically at what point in the series will Dany return to Westeros)

3)Which POV characters will be alive when these plotlines are finished

Open Plotlines

1)Dothraki (Dany is currently in the Dothraki Sea with Drogo and has encountered Khal Jhaqo's khalasar)

2)Aftermath of the Battle of Meereen (How does she plan to leave the city, in whose hands, does she take the Demon Road or sail)

3)The Harpy (Who is the Harpy? (Green Grace of Meereen imo) and what is done when Dany finds out)

4)Characters (Marwyn/Tyrion/Moqorro/Quaithe)

5)Victarion/Dragonhorn/Dragon (What happens when Vic "blows" the horn, does he get a dragon?, what happens between him/Dany/Euron)

6)Volantis (Widow of the Waterfront/Slaves/Tigers/Elephants)

7)Pentos (Illyrio is here and Barristan has promised it to the Tattered Prince)

The plotlines above will take a LONG time to cover. Sure, its possible some of it could be crossed off quickly, but with the first 1/3 of TWOW probably being covered by The Battles of Ice/Fire/Storm's End it seems like we can't even get to most of these plot points until we are 40% into TWOW.

Imo she won't land in Westeros in TWOW unless the pace picks up drastically somehow (compared to the released TWOW chapters).

Current POV's in Essos (Arya has 33 chapters so far and is in Braavos, but this post is about Daenerys' return):

1)Daenerys (31 chapters)

2)Tyrion (47 chapters, with 2 released TWOW chapters so far)

3)Victarion (4 chapters, with 1 released TWOW chapter so far)

4)Quentyn Martell (4 chapters, he is DEAD, but some people subscribe to the Tattered Prince theory, so I listed him for their sake)

5)Barristan Selmy (4 chapters, with 2 released TWOW chapters so far)

Out of the 5 characters who have POV's in Slaver's Bay, I expect the following to make it to Westeros 100%:

1)Daenerys

2)Tyrion

it is possible that the following make it, but less likely:

3)Victarion (the whole burnt arm/horn/Moqorro situation, makes me think he is marked for death)

4)Quentyn (he's dead, its a fun theory to have him alive, but ruins the arc imo)

5)Barristan (I think he dies, in a much more badass way than the show, but its possible he is the character from the show that is dead that GRRM decided to go in a different direction with (see u/BryndenBFish's post on this) and he could end up supporting fAegon)

TLDR: There are so many open plotlines before Dany gets to Westeros that I don't think it happens in TWOW. Please discuss these plotlines and how you think they get ended and how long they take as well as the POV's (which GRRM said he hopes to narrow down) and which ones make it.
