I agree. I think a big point is that it's only a really problem in pvp and not pve, so Bungie isn't sure how to handle it so people can have their own fun solo in pve. Either way, it should be addressed.

Titan skating should get you banned. Period. Otherwise people won't learn. If bungie can't disable it just ban people who use it. 

I'm pretty sure you guys know how it went. I respawned across the map just to have the same guy titan skate to me and kill me with a shotgun. I'm not sure if you guys think that's fun or not, but I surely didn't have fun that game when the entire team is flying across the map with telestos, shotguns, and grenade launchers.
