Dancing in Autumn

Don't dance often

But I'm dancing and it feels so awesome

If I leap off a cliff...

I bet I fly with...

My wings that I lift

Lift, lift, and I live

I feel so positive

I got a lot to give

And a little to get

I feel as happy as I've been

I feel happy even if I don't win

Writing poems in my head

Then writing poems with my lead

Then reciting poems instead

Poems that I never read

You know, I don't like to edit

Keep the parts that are pathetic

Keep the parts that are magical

I could have it all

I could have nothing

But I'll still feel something

And that's a lot....
