Do I need to test/throw away my new cart?

Problem

I’m new to carts and I’ve only had one so far. It has lasted me 5 months and it’s still a 4th full (the brand is lion extracts if anyone cares). But I recently met a new plug and he said he could get me a cart for 35 dollars (yeah it’s expensive but I live in MN). He gave me a cart from “exotic extracts” and after doing some research I found out that it’s not a real brand, it’s just packages people buy online to sell their own. I also read that some unofficial carts contain super bad pesticides, which really scares me.

The oil looks like and has the about the same thickness as my other one, but I’m just worried because they don’t have any social media or anything. Would it be stupid for me to use it? How could I tell if it was a bad cart without testing it? Carts are basically my only option because they are so stealthy.

So many problems would be solved if weed was legalized federally :(

It wouldn’t be stupid of you to use it, it’s simply a lower quality cartridge.
