Just realized that the Switch version doesnt have the unlimited arcwing patch.
Thats a bummer. Such a good QoL update and now i have to learn to live without it again.

If you call your archwing in while as operator the charges aren't consumed.
So switch to operator, call archwing, go back to frame

Wonder if they'll ever remember that the blueprint is still infinite use and make 50 at a time, when it only needs to be a 1x1 thing.

Launch your archwings while in operator form. Just trust me, it'll make you feel better.

Yes, it's free. Don't let the coyness fool you either. DE knows it's free and they specifically and publicly decided not to bother fixing it in advance of the Fortuna update, so it's free and approved for use.
