When offering a free agent, other teams have 24hrs from the first offer to make an offer themselves. Other teams interested in the same free agent must make a reply to the original comment. If you're unsure about anything, refer to the "Rules & Regulations" guide on the sidebar.

FA Comment Format Example:

White Sox offer Player A
10M/2YR

This means I would be giving this player $10M each year for 2 years
