WotC experimenting with rarity upgrade chance on daily ICRs for the past week or just a lucky streak? (numbers inside)

For the past week or so I noticed my ICRs for daily wins got upgraded in rarity more frequently. Since I keep track of my daily drops I decided to go back and check the numbers:

• Last 9 days: 9 rares (1.00 per day) + 5 myths (0.55 per day).

• All time, 51 days: 25 rares (0.49 per day) + 12 myths (0.23 per day).

Looks like the rate doubled for both rarities, which could be a coincidence plus me having a lucky streak or could be WotC experimenting in ways to compensate for the 5th card problem.

So I'm wondering, anyone noticed something similar?
