I think you have to make a choice when dealing with these tribes. You either treat them as fellow human beings, subject to all the rules that you set for other human beings, or you treat them as animals that are only killing intruders because its their nature. In the former case, you would contact the tribe and make it clear to them that killing people with bows and arrows was not acceptable and if they did it again there would be consequences. In the latter case... well, if you had a group of crocodiles preventing access to the corpse of a person they killed, you would chase them off to retrieve the corpse.
I have never understood the idea that it is somehow moral to let these indigenous tribes live like they have for generations; without access to medical care, proper food and sanitation, education, access to legal resources, etc. People blast organizations like the catholic church for dealing with sexual abuse scandals "within the church", but how do they think these tribes deal with a pedophilic tribal chief? I once saw a documentary about one of these indigenous tribes, and the biggest fear the people in the tribe had was being accused of "hosting bad spirits"(or something similarly retarded) and being killed with a large rock by the tribes DESIGNATED witch hunter. Fucking savages.

The North Sentinel Island is less than 36km (22mi) to Andaman Island, a civilized and tourist Island.
North Sentinel is tiny so it's impossible for them not to share the same seafood and flying animals that travel to both Islands. Animals carry infections that humans spread.
